Ex-Display

This describes items which have been used for demonstration purposes in shop display cabinets or returned by mail order while under guarantee. Most of these items have never been used or removed from the original boxes. Item may come in a plain mail order box if the original was damaged or been lost. We include a 6 month warranty on all ex display models.

Refurbished

These are items that have been returned to the manufacturer but after careful inspection and testing by qualified engineers have been found with no fault. They may have minor blemishes, small scratches and show some minor signs of usage. This will not effect the working of the product whatsoever.
